At Red Magnolia Designs, we’re so excited to get your order to you! Every item is made with care, and because many of our products are custom or printed to order, processing and shipping times can vary.
1. Processing Time
Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be processed and created before shipping.
During busy seasons, sales, or holidays, production times may be slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait!
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey to your doorstep.
Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your carrier and location.
3. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you for reshipment — additional shipping fees may apply.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package is scanned by the shipping carrier, it is under their responsibility.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we’ll always do our best to assist you in locating or filing a claim with the carrier.
5. International Orders
At this time, Red Magnolia Designs ships within the United States only.
We hope to expand shipping options in the future!
