Refund Policy

At Red Magnolia Designs, every product is crafted with care. Because many of our items are custom-made or printed to order, we’re unable to offer refunds or returns except in certain situations outlined below.

1. No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, as each piece is made specifically for you.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@redmagnoliadesigns.shop with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are managed by the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we’ll always do our best to help track your shipment or file a claim when possible.

4. Order Cancellations

Because most products begin processing immediately after purchase, we cannot guarantee cancellations. If you need to cancel an order, please email us right away — we’ll help if production hasn’t started yet.
