🕓 How long will my order take?

Most of our products are made to order, which means they’re created just for you!
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing and production before your order ships.
During holidays, sales, or special launches, processing may take a few extra days.

📦 How long does shipping take?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier.

👕 How do I know what size to order?

Each product listing includes a size chart to help you find your perfect fit.
If you prefer a looser or oversized look, we recommend sizing up one.

🧺 How should I care for my apparel?

To keep your designs looking fresh:

Wash inside out in cold water
Use mild detergent
Tumble dry low or hang to dry
Avoid ironing directly on printed areas

💌 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right!

Absolutely! We love creating unique, personalized designs.

🎁 Do you offer gift options?

Yes! You can add a gift note to your order at checkout.
Our monthly Bookish Boxes also make perfect gifts for readers and teachers alike.

📍 Where do you ship?

At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.
We hope to expand internationally in the future!
